Happy Father's Day, Rick!

Rick is a stellar dad and these kids adore him. They've been working really hard on surprises for him.

Last Day of School for Lexie & Joseph

I can't believe that these kids are done with 4th and 2nd grade! Where has the time gone? We are going to certainly miss this school next year & the kids' teachers! They have been amazing for them (& us) this year! We are so blessed to have such a great neighborhood school!

Piano Recital

Lexie and Joseph had a piano recital tonight at the McIlroy's home.
They love Melanie, their teacher and we love her, too.
Joseph played "When the Saints Go Marching" and "Ode to Joy."

Lexie played "Sing, Bird, Sing" and "Book of Mormon Stories."

We are grateful that these kids have such a great love of music! We hope that continues.

Andrew's Last Day of School

 I can't believe he's done with Kindergarten and is ready for 1st grade!

Andrew did it! He passed Kindergarten! And had a great time while doing it.

We sure love these great teachers!

 We saw the kids work for the year, watched a video, and then went out to play until it was time for lunch.

 These two girls...so cute! We are going to miss sweet Jilly so much!

The kids played some kickball. Andrew pitched and played out field and got people out. Sometimes it seemed like he was playing lots of positions. He had a great time.

 We LOVE Mrs.Winkler! We are going to miss her so much! She's been such a great teacher for Andrew.

 Lucy got to gnaw on some apples today.

 And for dinner Andrew had a hearty slice of watermelon. So sweet.

After the rain this afternoon there was a beautiful rainbow! We are sure going to miss our view of rainbows when we leave.
