Super Joseph

Joseph received a Super Citizen Award at school for this trimester. We are so glad we have such a super boy who likes to help others.

All She Wants for Halloween...

...is her two front teeth!

Lexie pulled out her tooth this morning. We think she is so adorable with her 2 front teeth missing!

"I'm the Baby Sister!"

One of my good friends gave me some of her old baby things. We're not sure if Andrew is more excited about having a baby sister or having baby sister's toys to play with.

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Andrew's Preschool went on a field trip to the Farm. As you can see, he was so excited about it. Actually, he has been. Andrew really likes farms & whenever we drive by one he yells, "Farm!" & then tells us all of the animals who live in the barn. It's been a lot of fun.

We did have a really fun time though. We got to feed some animals some bread. When they handed Andrew a piece of bread to feed the animals, he started eating it instead. He ended up eating at least half of the piece. I think he was hungry.

Then we picked out our pumpkins & got to dig for potatoes. Andrew just liked playing in the dirt while Joseph was able to find a few.

Then the boys went on the barrel train ride & had a pretty good time.

We finished off the morning with a picnic lunch & then we hurried home to get Joseph to school. He's so lucky, his class gets to go again next week.

Second Harvest!

We picked some more yummy veggies! I think I'm going to need to can some tomatoes. We've got at least another hundred or so out there! Yay! And I am amazed that our peppers did pretty well this year. That is a first for us out here!

Harvest Time

I decided to show the picture of yummy veggies from our garden rather than talk about the BYU-AF game. It was not nearly as exciting!

But, we were so glad to have some of our friends from Utah come visit for the game! It was great to see them. Our kids had a blast with theirs-always a good thing!

Yay for gardens & fun friends & fanily who could come to the game.

Our Toothless Wonders

On Tuesday (8/31), Joseph lost his 2nd tooth! He was just wiggling it & it popped right out. Needless to say, he was super excited!

Then today, I went to pick up the kids from school & there was my Lexie, with a huge gaping hole in her smile. She lost her tooth during lunch & was also so excited about it all! Today was also fun because I got a surprise phone call from Lexie's 1st grade teacher telling me about what a wonderful, in-tune with the Spirit, little girl she is & that just made my day, too. She really is awesome! It's always nice to hear good things about your kids!

I can't believe how different they look to me now-what happened to my little kids? My little Toothless Wonders!
